Our coach builders are skilled in installation of various vehicle accessories, from safety racking systems, to tow bars, to ply lining and lots more.
Our coach builders undertake tasks in all aspects of vehicle conversions, including glazing, woodwork and carpet fitting or non-slip floor installation. Our conversions are tailored to specific customers so our coach builders always ensure to cut their wood correctly and accurately, allowing the wood to fit with the specification.
For our more bespoke conversions, we have dedicated individuals who can tailor each van to a different customers specifications and desires. Our coach builders complete tasks as big as a full van conversion, ensuring all woodwork is completed, all accessories have been installed and it's ready to be sent off to the customer.
For welfare vans, our builders fit kitchen equipment, such as a microwave, a sink and hand wash facilities, as well as a number of seats and tables, along with USB ports; they also fit cassette toilets and ensure that all vans are equipped with health and safety equipment, such as a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
Our coach builders have good knowledge and skills when it comes to general wood, metal and fabrication tasks, allowing them to complete a van conversion from start to finish. Our coach builders work to a high standard, allowing them to work individually or as a team when needed, with good communication and interpersonal skills being demonstrated at all times.
