ROB ACKLAM
Director
Rob started working for the company in 2015 as an Area Sales Manager, before taking on the Director position in 2023, overseeing the running of the company and acts as a direct point of contact for our clients.
PAUL REDSHAW
Director
Paul has been with the company from the start, as an autoelectrician, before moving up to a managerial role, overseeing the workshop and jumping into the Director role in 2023, alongside Rob.
TONY BURTON
Engineering Manager
Tony started in 2022 as our engineering manager. He coordinates sales quotes and liaises with customers to help with the technical design of their vehicle conversions and helps with technical help.
LEE PRICE
Electrical/Quality Manager
Lee joined the company in 2017 as a mobile technician before stepping into the role of electrical manager in 2021. He manages the electrical department and sorts out quotes, as well as technical help and design.
ANDY MOSES
Health & Safety Manager
Andy started with the company in 2026 as the Health & Safety Manager, after 20 years in glass and steel manufacturing. He manages the health & safety aspects of the workplace and dabbles in human resources.
MATT FISHER
Workshop Manager
Matt started with the company in 2013 as a fitter before jumping into the role of Workshop Manager in 2019, where he liaises with customers, ensures deadlines are met, signs vans in and also acts as the handyman.
KATIE CAMPBELL
Accounts Manager
Katie started with the company in 2024 as an Accounts Manager. She manages the mobile team and acts as the first point of contact for many customers, answering queries and getting vehicles booked in for work done.
JOE DANCE
CNC Technician
Joe started with the company in 2011 in woodshop before moving into the role of CNC Technician in 2020, where he drafts patterns for the cutting machine and also makes some of the accessories and stickers.
JOANNE NICHOLSON
Office Administrator
Joanne started with the company in 2019 as the Accounts and Office/Breakdowns administrator. Her role includes scheduling breakdowns, invoicing, receipt payments and ordering uniforms and stationary.
RHIANNON HOOD
Marketing Apprentice
Rhiannon joined the company in 2025 as a Marketing Executive Apprentice; managing the social media platforms, ensuring the website is up to date and any other general marketing activities.
JONTY CAMPBELL
Purchasing Advisor
Jonty started with the company in 2017 as a labourer, dabbling in purchasing gradually before it became his full time role. His job includes ordering equipment, racking, etc. and the organisation of the store area.
SAM TREWICK
Purchasing Advisor
Jonty started with the company in 2021 in Stores before moving to the driver position in 2023 and back to Stores in 2026, where he organises stock, takes in deliveries and also manages the eBay page.
