Our Speedliner Paint Prepper/Sprayers handle the preparation and painting of welfare trailers and vehicle bodies, as well as lots more.
Our speedliner paint prepper/sprayer has lots of experience and knowledge when it comes to surface preparation and different paints; having experience in using 2 pack paint, cellulose paint, xylene based paint, thinners, silicone additives and knowledge in ferrous and non-ferrous metals and plywood; this allows our employees to be prepared for any van that comes into our workshop.
Our sprayer's role includes mixing and using base coat primers, 2 pack paint, speedliner, cellulose paint, xylene based paint, thinners and silicone additives. It also includes making sure any surface they will be applying to has been prepared in the correct way, as well as masking up and de-bagging a vehicle and sanding and filling any dents and marks. Our employees keep their work stations clean and clutter-free when possible and make sure that their workload is appropriate and manageable at all times.
When our employees have finished their tasks, they will often pitch in and help other employees with any work that they can. Our sprayer usually helps out with work on welfare vans, making sure that the countertops and compartments are the correct size, sanding them down and rounding them off aswell, in order to make sure that they are the best quality possible.
